Motorola Moto G8 Power Lite unveiled in India - First Sale on 29th May via Flipkart

Motorola unveiled it's new Budget Handset that is Moto G8 Power Lite in India

Moto G8 Power Lite is launched in India on 21st May & it's first sale is dated on 29th May via Flipkart for the price of ₹ 8,999 available in Arctic Blue & Royal Blue colour variants.

Its main feature is that huge 5000 mAh battery with 10 W Rapid Charger. This Smartphone offers -
4 Gigabytes of RAM & 64 Gigabytes of Storage Space & is expandable upto 256 Gigabytes (Dedicated slot for micro SD card) , 6.5 inch 720p Max Vision Display (HD+ Display) & a rear mounted Fingerprint Sensor. It is powered by 2.3 GHz, Mediatek Helio P35 octa core processor. It has 3 Rear Facing Cameras with single LED Flashlight - the primary lens is a 16 MP Camera with f/2.0 with PDAF, 2 MP (f/2.4) Macro Vision Camera & a dedicated 2 MP(f/2.4) Camera for Depth. For the Front it has 8 MP(f/2.0) Camera with PDAF. Moto g8 power lite is a water repellent smartphone.

If we talk about it's software then it comes with near stock version of Android 9.0 (Pie). Motorola always offers almost pure android experience in their smartphones & it is no different in case of Moto G8 Power Lite as well.

Moto G8 Power Lite is a toned down version of it's elder brother Moto G8 Power (not available in India) or say it's a slightly upgraded version of Moto E6s/Plus. It has slightly powerful processor, slightly different features in software, a bigger screen, an extra macro camera & that massive battery, if we compare it with Moto e6s, then those are the major differences between them. This smartphone sits in the middle of Moto E6s/Plus & Moto One Macro available for the price of ₹7,999 & ₹9,999 respectively.

Let's see how well this smartphone will perform in the Indian smartphone market, as there are 3 major offerings under ₹10000 from Motorola & those are Moto E6s, Moto G8 Power Lite & Moto One Macro, so I think it makes it difficult for the customer to choose one among the three offerings with slight price difference between those smartphones. Let's see how well it performs in the market.
